As the President and Founder of Evolve, Brodie is accountable for setting the strategic direction of Evolve’s operations, as well as leading and motivating the team to execute the company’s vision.
Brodie began his surface land career in 2000 as a field agent and quickly advanced his skills towards managing a team towards project execution.
Throughout his time in the industry, Brodie developed a vision of creating a service provider who would advocate for industry and landowners – mitigating the impact of the projects on stakeholders, a vision which he lives and shares with the Evolve team today.
Passionate about industry involvement, Brodie has his PSL (Professional Surface Landman) certification from CAPL (Canadian Association of Professional Landmen) and his SR/WA (Senior Right of Way Agent) from the IRWA (International Right of Way Association). He is also a committed volunteer, serving as President of IRWA Chapter 48 from 2008-2010, A member of the IRWA Leadership Institute Task Force from 2009–2013, A member of the IRWA Young Professional Task Force from 2013-2015, IRWA Region 10 Vice Chair from 2011-201 and A member of the IRWA Governing Council as Region 10 Chair from 2012-2014 and is currently serving as NEB liaison.
In his personal life, Brodie and his family split their time between their acreage near Airdrie and their lake life – where they surf and enjoy as much time on the water as possible.

Since beginning his surface land career in 2002, Trevor has developed into a motivating and charismatic leader, who encourages his team to use creative ideas to complete project in an efficient manner.
Trevor has had the unique experience of being engaged within all of our divisions. His career started with a focus in Upstream, but has expanded to Midstream, Telecommunications, Power and Renewable.
Starting as Evolve’s seventh ever employee, Trevor has seen Evolve grow from a small, intimate office into a large service-provider for all of Western Canada. His upbeat and engaging personality is not only asset with regards to client relations – but also in ensuring Evolve’s culture is a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Outside of the office, Trevor has received his SR/WA (Senior Right-of-Way Agent) Designation from the IRWA (International Right of Way Association). Trevor served as IRWA Chapter 48 President for 2016-2017 and is currently the Chair of the Credentialing Committee. In addition, he is a certified instructor with the IRWA, teaching various courses including communications and project management focused courses.
Something you might not know about him – Trevor has a minor in music and can play three instruments. Bet you can’t guess which ones!
Since starting her career with Evolve in 2011, Charmaine has become an integral part of Evolve’s day-to-day operations. Accountable for overseeing anything on the operational side of the business, Charmaine is the go-to for anything our team members need, while also supporting clients with matters associated with accounting and business practices.
With a focus on details, a knack for numbers and organization, Charmaine is a key cog in basically everything that is Evolve behind the scenes. From being the first point of contact for new team members, to overseeing IT needs, to team building ... she is the force that keeps Evolve’s doors open and lights on!
On the personal side – Charmaine has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and has completed the Executive Development Course with McGill University. She lives in Airdrie, where she was born and raised and is now raising her two girls here. Between spending time at her “happy place” (the family’s lake lot) and running around with kids and dogs, Charmaine enjoys the work-life balance that a career at Evolve provides.
Since launching his career in surface land in 2004, Jerad has gained experience in project management and field engagement with a focus in upstream oil and gas. Raised on a large farming and ranching operation in Southern Alberta, along with earning a technical education, Jerad has a unique perspective on the business of right-of-way land acquisition. Having been a partner in two other successful brokers, he has been involved in thousands of effective negotiations and multiple, large scale land acquisition programs, proving his ability to view projects from a business model standpoint.
As our VP Upstream Oil & Gas, Jerad ensures Upstream projects are executed properly through process development; that clients are satisfied with what we deliver; and that we are responsibly resourced in order to effectively service our clients.
A continuous learner, Jerad reads, on average, a book a week. For furthering his industry knowledge, he is involved with the IRWA (International Right of Way Association), sitting on the education committee to educate and evolve the role of a Right-of-Way agent beyond the traditional "Landman."

Since 2005 Tyler has been gathering experience in regulatory, project construction and origination, and mergers and acquisitions for large infrastructure projects. In his role as Director of Corporate Development, Tyler is responsible for advancing corporate development opportunities, as well as enhancing business operational efficiencies, in support of our executive team.
Tyler’s diverse experience, including, most recently, six years with BluEarth Renewables Inc. (BluEarth), saw him successfully lead regulatory, development, construction, business development and land portfolio. His knowledge assets will build upon our already diverse and talented leadership team, ultimately improving our client service.
Tyler earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Alberta, is a Professional Biologist (Alberta), holds his SR/WA (Senior Right-of-Way Agent) Designation from the IRWA (International Right of Way Association) and has completed the Executive Leadership Program at Queen’s University, where he is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration. Tyler served as IRWA Chapter 48 President from 2014 – 2016.

Since joining Evolve and entering the surface land industry in 2007, Jenna has had a diverse career-path, beginning with a field focus, moving into non-routine support and project management and now, Corporate Initiatives and Senior Project Lead.
Jenna is responsible for the development and implementation of various processes and initiatives that affect the strategic direction of Evolve. Jenna’s problem solving, creativity and communication skills make her an asset to Evolve’s team, assisting with the development and support of team members as they manage client and project requirements.
Jenna has her SR/WA (Senior Right of Way Agent) Designation from the IRWA (International Right of Way Association) and her Q.Med (Qualified Meditator) Certification from the ADR Institute of Canada. As a passionate volunteer, Jenna served as the Education Chair for IRWA Chapter 48 from 2015-2017, Region 10 Secretary/Treasurer from 2015-2016 and Region 10 Vice Chair from 2016-2018. She will now move into the role of Region 10 Chair.
In her personal life, Jenna is an active mother of 2 – running to hockey, football, and also a certified yoga teacher. As a published Author in an anthology called “When Women Talk”, Jenna is passionate about giving women a voice and setting a positive example for those who wish to balance career and home life.
