Project Planning, Scope Review & Community Engagement
- Develop Multi-Phase Strategy to the community engagement process
- Appropriate stage gate determination for project timing & cost evaluations
- Risk assessments of surface land impacts involved with proposed developments and support on strategic approaches to mitigate such risks
- Provide guidance around effective open house agenda items, advertising, speaker topics, etc.
- In consultation with the operator, prepare and handle necessary presentations around surface land impacts involving the proposed development

- Representing energy companies, Evolve has played a significant role in many unique and sensitive acquisitions throughout Western Canada. During these acquisition processes Evolve, undertakes a number of initiatives to achieve effective community engagement, while keeping operators on schedule.
